At SARTHI DESIGNS, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains our rules regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

A return request may be made within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
An item is missing from the order.

The product should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact where applicable.

2. Fashion & Clothing Returns

For clothing and fashion products:

Products must not have been worn or washed.
Original tags should remain attached.
Products should not have stains, makeup, perfume, or other marks.
Original packaging should be retained where applicable.

Returned products may be inspected before a return or refund is approved.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact SARTHI DESIGNS as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

4. Wrong Product or Missing Item

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and relevant details.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or applicable refund.

5. Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged where an exchange option is available.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, colour, or variant. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an applicable alternative resolution may be provided.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customization, or other applicable restrictions.

Any product-specific return restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or before purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact SARTHI DESIGNS with your order number.
Explain the reason for the return.
Provide photographs or videos if requested.
Wait for return instructions.
Pack the product securely with its original tags and packaging.
Send the product according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Please do not send a product to an address without receiving return instructions from SARTHI DESIGNS.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product is received, it may be inspected.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.

9. Return Shipping

For products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order, SARTHI DESIGNS will communicate the applicable return-shipping arrangements.

For other eligible returns, any applicable return-shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

10. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

If an order has not been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.

11. Refund Processing

For an approved refund, SARTHI DESIGNS will initiate the applicable refund within a reasonable period.

The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

12. Return Inspection

All returned products may be inspected before approval.

A return may be declined where the product has been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required tags or accessories, subject to applicable consumer rights.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
